What changed: Wording only: our name is now written SynCore, as in our official documents. Nothing else has changed.
This policy explains how our digital services are delivered. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Online delivery
All SynCore services are digital and delivered online through your account at app.syncoretech.net and by email. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
2. Accounts
Your account is ready as soon as you create it and confirm your email address.
3. Clouds
After you order a cloud and choose a plan, we run our account checks. When they are complete, the cloud is switched on: a free cloud straight away, and a paid cloud once your payment arrives. If an order needs a review by our team, we normally complete it within one working day. You get an email and a notice in your account when it is ready. If we need more information, we ask you in your account. If we can’t provide the cloud, we tell you why and you are not charged, or we refund in full anything you already paid.
4. Support
Support is provided by ticket and email during our support hours. Our reply targets are shown on our Support page.
5. Work by quote
Work agreed in a quote (IT services, software, web portal, AI and machine learning development) is delivered as the quote describes, including milestones, dates and how results are handed over (for example through your account, a code repository or a deployed system). We tell you in your account when each deliverable is ready. If we expect to miss a date, we tell you as early as we can, with a new date. If a delay is our fault and is serious, you can cancel the remaining work and we refund what you paid for work not done, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Where we provide services
We serve businesses and individuals outside Mauritius. We do not take on customers who live in, or are based in, Mauritius, or customers in countries under comprehensive sanctions or on the FATF list of high-risk jurisdictions subject to a call for action. We may ask for information to confirm your identity, your business (if any) and location.
7. Questions
Write to support@syncoretech.net. If you have not received a service you paid for, tell us and we will either provide it or refund you.
